These Terms define the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of the online sale of animal wellbeing products on ProCatica.

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Prices displayed on the Site are shown in GBP and include VAT. ProCatica reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Payment is required at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are secure (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). No banking data is stored on our servers.

Products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects. Please note: ProCatica reminds customers that its products are intended for animal wellbeing and do not replace a veterinary diagnosis or treatment under any circumstances.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

• The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

If your refund is approved following inspection, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Data collected (name, address, email) is used solely to process your orders and improve your experience. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
